Normally. There's a bot that posts all wiki edits to #osdev. But don't spam. It's however perfectly OK to add your OS the Projects page under a real entry, like everything else. It's also OK to link to the source code of your OS in articles, if you have a really good implementation of something that you want people to study and maybe copy. Note that I can't verify that your OS is real from your website, as there's no downloads or source code. I can see that you're going to release it in a couple of days, congratulations on that. Be sure to announce it on the forum if you want people to have a look at it.
