VBE/AF or VESA BIOS Extension/Accelerator Functions is a standard defined by Video Electronic Standard Association in 1996 to allow software to access the accelerator features present in most graphics hardware. Unfortunately, unlike VBE/Core, VBE/AF has never seen many implementations. Furthermore, most of those implementations were software-based (via DOS TSR programs). However, one might still be able to find some old video cards supporting VBE/AF.
