Proposal for a Re-Write

I am the developer of xorriso, a competitor to mkisofs which is compatible for the purposes discussed by OSDev.org.

Meanwhile i have refurbished ISO 9660 and a pending proposal for El-Torito on my user page User:Scdbackup. Since that page is occupied, i post my proposal for Mkisofs here.
