Purpose

There are a lot of file system and disk configurations out there. But, wouldn't it be the lazy way if you could load your kernel using your boot loader from almost any file system that does not use encryption? Imagine, how effortlessly you could write your boot loader for the X86/X86_64 platforms. Just simply copy the kernel onto whatever file system resides on that disk and magically through arcane black magic tricks have it loaded into memory by a simple one-stage boot sector program?

Well through my magic I will show you how to do it.

Technical Details

Yes, I am writing this before I actually do it. It is more fun to work under pressure!

Oh HELL I gave up. It seemed like a good idea before I started.
