Hi Troy,

 You altered the wiki page for MASM.

I wanted to explain to you the reason I had that line in there. There are many different versions of the license for the MS MASM assembler. The problem is, you don't always know which version of MASM the license you are reading applies to. For older versions of MASM (6.14 and older), the license is more laxed. The newer versions that support SSE2 and above, the license is more strict.
